Ice cream materials are prepared via different stages including: mixing and dissolving different ingredients, pasteurization, homogenization and cooling, then transferred into aging tanks.
They're special ice cream sterilizing equipment with futures: compact structure, small space, high heat recovery, good efficiency of energy saving, consumption reduction, as well as simple operation from control panel.

1. The HTST system's main components are: 

-- Stainless steel base with adjustable feet; 

-- Heating system with either electric/gas or steam boilers; 

-- Two mixing tanks for prepare and heating ice cream material; 

-- Duplex tube filter; 

-- Balance holding tank; 

-- Homogenizer; 

-- Plate heat exchanger in 5 sections;

-- Control panel for whole set machine;

-- Sanitary pipelines for connecting each unit above.
