According to the announcement post, the Mayhem Event will run from Path of exile currency noon (PST) on December 4 to 10 a.m. (PST) on December 11. This event “takes classic Path of Exile league modifiers from Anarchy, Invasion, Breach, Ambush, Torment and Harbinger and pushes them to the extreme.” Each area in Wraeclast will have a specific mod within it (20 Rogue Exiles, 20 Strongboxes, 20 Invasion Bosses, 10 Breaches, 20 Tormented Spirits or 20 Harbingers) that will last for an hour, with each area’s mod changing every hour.

The Endless Delve Event is scheduled from noon (PST) on December 11 to 10 a.m. (PST) on December 18. Beware, the Endless Delve is a 100% solo event, challenging you to descend into the Azurite Mine without “access to any towns or your Hideout”. Sulphite will not be required for you to advance, and Lilly Roth and Niko will be together to allow you access to skill gems. Additionally, you’ll be able to use the Altar of Ascendancy in the mine encampment to ascend the Azurite Mine, and “you'll have access to the passive points you'd normally gain from quests and incur Kitava's resistance penalties.”

The Heist Flashback Event is scheduled to run from noon (PST) on December 18 to 10 a.m. (PST) on January 4, 2021. This event is separate from the Heist League, and you will have to roll up a brand new character to participate in it. Also during this event, each area in Wraeclast will have three randomly selected mods from a long list (see announcement) within them, with each mod lasting an hour, and each area’s mod changing every hour.

A multitude of prize rewards await you should you successfully complete these events, all of which (and more) are detailed in the announcement post.
