Valery Falkov, the Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education, visited Mongolia in October 2024 to improve cooperative scientific research and education efforts. This trip is part of a larger plan to strengthen bilateral ties among changing global issues and should open the path for fresh academic cooperation between the two countries.
